Application has been made that will add the hotel, restaurant, Beaumont Bank, and Frisco ponds to the National Historic Register. The hotel and restaurant were built in 1879 and restored in 2001. Sarah Jane Fields Graduates from Culinary School
Our friend and guest waitress Sarah Jane Fields contacted us from Florida today to let us know she has graduated from culinary school.

It’s been awhile but we have friends and guest that remember Sarah. She occasionally drove from Lawrence to help us on busy weekends. She loves the Beaumont Hotel. She talks about our guest who have left a lasting impression on her. They must have because on her big day she has taken the time to contact us.
We are all very proud of her. Here’s what she wrote:
“HI EVERYONE! I just graduated from culinary school with an Assoc. in culinary arts. I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to come down and work with you the few times that I did. I still remember and talk fondly about the Beaumont. If anyone is in FL. give me a call!! Hopefully I will be cooking on private yachts. If you don’t remember me, I lived in Lawrence and drove down from Lawrence with Patrick a few times.”
Congratulations Sarah from all of us.
