Beaumont Hotel Policies:

Check in: Check in time begins at 3:00pm until 8:00pm. Please call if you are going to be late to assure someone will be available when you arrive.For very late arrivals, your key will be available in a secure lock box.

Check out: Check out time is 11:00am.

A rollaway bed is available at a fee of $20 per reservations please let the Hotel know In ADVANCE should you need one.
$10 extra person charge for over 2 people in suites.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds: The Hotel is greatly affected by cancellations. Others are turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Thus, we have established a fair cancellation policy.

Reservations are guaranteed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, No checks, money orders, or travel checks.

If you cancel 1 day (24 hours) or less prior to your arrival date, your credit card will be charged 100% of the amount of at least one night room/tax.

If you are a hunter and you block over 5 rooms, if you leave early there is NO a refund.

None of the above applies to contracts signed for long term lodging.

Rates and Prices: All rates and prices are subject to applicable state taxes. Prices may vary for holidays, and special events.

Gift Certificates: We have gift certificates available for purchase and will be valid for one year.

Smoke Free: We are a smoke free facility. A charge of $200.00 fee will be added to your room charge for any room that is smoked in. This includes E-cigarettes.

Guest Children: (12 years or older) are a registered guest. A parent must accompany them at all times. Our rooms are designed for two person occupancy. If you prefer to have your child in your room, there will be an additional room charge of $15.00. (we will provide a rollaway bed).

Animals: No pets allowed except service dogs. Please contact the Innkeeper prior to your arrival if you are going to be bringing a service dog.
